New Year Health Message.
We all welcome 2019 with so much beatitude and great expectations. A new year comes with many resolutions and I entreat everyone to make a conscious effort to live responsible and healthy lives. I advise that this New Year should come with a diet plan and a workout schedule.
You should eat the right food, at the right time, rest whenever you’re tired, drink adequate amounts of water each day, prepare a realistic exercise plan and have a sound mind.
Having a sound mind is quite important because it promotes a positive mindset to complete tasks and planned events, as well as build interpersonal relationships with others.

Regular medical checkups are equally important and self-medication should be controlled.
Each person is responsible for themselves; therefore any choice one makes today is for their own benefit in the future.
Good health and mental well-being allow one to live an ideal life maximizing life-expectancy. Good hygiene, seeking clinical treatments, good diet and frequent exercise should be the way to go this year.
