    • Green tea is one of the traditional natural herbs that is known for it’s weight loss properties. It has significant weight loss and weight maintenance benefits. Green tea carries a  plant secondary metabolite (catechins) that assists in weight loss.
    • GINGER

      1. Consuming ginger heightens the caloric effects on food and reduces the feeling of hunger. All of which are known to play a potential role in weight management. Ginger is said to increase the level of a hormone(leptin) that is thought to control appetite and speed up metabolism.  Also, ginger reduces the level of cholesterol in the body.
